Victoria University defeated Makerere 26-07 to win the first circuit of the Varsity 7s at UCU, Mukono.

Makerere University, Makerere Business School, Victoria University, Uganda Christian University, Uganda Martyrs University, Kyambogo University and ISBAT universities are the institutions that competed in the first circuit held at UCU, Mukono.
