The Uganda Sevens team received a cash prize of ugx 60million from Nile Special as a token of appreciation for the unmatched performance at the Rugby World Cup 7s in Cape Town. The dummy check was officially handed over to them at the Tooro 7s hosted by John Paul Ssemakula the brand manager of Nile Special.
”We just want to say thank you very much to Nile Special who are the number one supporters of Uganda Rugby and we appreciate all the work you have done. Surely this sport wouldn’t have gone to the World Cup without you. We hope that we can still be working with you for m any more years.”
